Job Title: Verification Officer

Job Summary
This role would manage field logistics, coordinate state-level staff verification, and ensure staff records & attendance are accurately verified in different locations.
You would be expected to coordinate and execute a seamless, accurate, and transparent physical verification in different office locations across the state you are assigned.
Key Responsibilities
Field Coordination & Logistics:
Manage the verification operation across the assigned state.
Coordinate movement logistics, schedules, and venue setups for physical verification in the assigned state.
Act as the liaison between the national central project management team and your assigned state.
Verification Exercise Execution:
Carry out the physical verification of staff, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
Identify and flag discrepancies and ghost workers
Data Management & Reporting:
Ensure real-time data collection and entry into the central verification database.
Track attendance reports of staff from various locations visited.
