Job Summary

• As the Invoicing Officer, you will be responsible for preparing and processing invoices, maintaining accurate billing records, and ensuring timely invoicing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and issue invoices accurately and promptly in line with company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
• Reconcile invoices against purchase orders, delivery notes, and other relevant documents.
• Follow up with relevant departments and customers to resolve billing discrepancies and outstanding invoices.
• Prepare regular invoicing reports and ensure proper filing of financial and billing documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in invoicing, billing, accounts administration, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant accounting or invoicing software.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 Net Monthly.
