Job Summary

• Support Controlling department in the day by day task.
• Maintain communication with the different departments from Mantrac.

Main Functions

• Monitor Sales order from Power System.
• Monitor purchase request placed on Procurement.
• Release Work Orders for production and monitor and update them in the ERP.
• Monitoring of picking list and shortage.
• Receiving of completed WO in the system.
• Picking and invoicing of finish goods.

Creation of reports for CSD/CKD on;

• Sales orders status
• Work Orders released
• Raising Purchase Order/Purchase Request
• Finish goods
• Invoicing and cost
• Warehousing stock
• Other related report.
• Maintain and follow any request with other department or inside CKD/CSD.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND or BSc graduate in Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative job.
