Job Title: Bookkeeper

Location: Idi-oro, Mushin, Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a diligent and trustworthy Bookkeeper to maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and inventory movements.
• The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, honest, and able to provide clear daily and weekly reports to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily sales, purchases, expenses, and receipts accurately.
• Maintain petty cash book, sales ledger, and daily cash reconciliation.
• Reconcile cash on hand with POS and sales records at close of business daily.
• Track and document stock movement in collaboration with shop attendants.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales and expense reports to management.
• Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of all financial documents.

Requirements

• OND/HND in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of proven experience as a bookkeeper, Cashier, or Accounts Clerk.
• Good knowledge of bookkeeping principles and basic Excel.
• Must be honest, accurate, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
