Job Summary

• Whip-Smart Service Providers Limited is seeking a practical, creative, and experienced Domestic Staff Trainer to prepare nannies, housekeepers, and other domestic employees for professional deployment.
• The ideal candidate must possess hands-on childcare and housekeeping skills, proven teaching ability, and strong administrative and recordkeeping skills.
• We are looking for someone who can deliver engaging, practical training and ensure that domestic staff meet the required standards before deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver practical pre-deployment and on-the-job training for nannies, housekeepers, and other domestic staff.
• Demonstrate best practices in childcare, child safety, age-appropriate routines, cleaning, hygiene, laundry, home organisation, and professional conduct.
• Assess trainees’ practical competencies and recommend additional training where necessary.
• Monitor deployed staff performance and provide follow-up coaching to address skill gaps.
• Maintain accurate training registers, assessment reports, schedules, and other administrative records.
• Provide routine office administrative support when training sessions are not in progress, without compromising training quality.
• Coordinate specialist support for advanced cooking and chef-training modules when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience training, teaching, or supervising childcare/early-years staff, hospitality teams, housekeeping workers, or other domestic employees.
• Demonstrable practical skills in childcare and household management.
• Knowledge of adult-learning techniques and practical training methods.
• Strong communication, organisational, administrative, and recordkeeping skills.
• Creativity, initiative, attention to detail, and a commitment to high training standards.
• Willingness and ability to participate in a live practical teaching assessment.

Salary
N130,000 - N170,000 monthly.
