Field Compliance Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products/services to prospective and existing customers.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the assigned location.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Follow up on leads and prospects to convert them into paying customers.
• Provide customers with accurate information about products/services.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve basic customer concerns professionally.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after sales.
• Participate in promotional activities and other sales initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/BSc or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, retail, FMCG, or a related field is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and selling skills.
• Target-driven, energetic, and self-motivated.
• Good customer service and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be resident in or have good knowledge of the preferred location.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Salary

• N100,000 monthly.
• Commission: Monthly Bonus.
