Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Find and visit companies that regularly need accommodation for staff, consultants and visitors, such as banks, oil and gas firms, telcos, embassies, NGOs, consultancies and tech companies. Sign them up for corporate rates and packages.
  • Develop relationships with event planners, wedding planners, travel agents, tour operators, film and music production teams, and relocation agencies, so they send regular bookings to Doors.
  • Win bookings for weddings, conferences, concerts, Detty December, diaspora visits and other busy periods when demand in Lagos is highest.
  • Prepare proposals and quotes, and agree corporate rates, long-stay discounts and group packages that are good for the client, our hosts and Doors.
  • Stay in regular contact with clients so they keep booking with us and refer others.
  • Attend business, travel, hospitality and event gatherings to grow our network and share what you learn about the market and competitors.
