Job Position: Front Desk Officer
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- We are seeking a well-presented, courteous, and organised Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for clients, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to clients and visitors professionally
- Manage calls, enquiries, and correspondence
- Handle front desk operations and visitor records
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers about Company's products.
- Perform basic administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any relevant field
- Previous experience in a front desk, customer service or administrative role is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
