Job Title: General Manger (Marketing)

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that support business growth and revenue objectives.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and market penetration initiatives.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Strengthen the company's brand positioning and corporate image.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, brokers, corporate organizations, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor marketing performance, manage budgets, and ensure optimal return on investment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field will be an added advantage. Professional marketing certification such as CIM is highly desirable.
• Relevant insurance qualifications such as CIIN or knowledge of the insurance industry will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 10-15 years' relevant experience in marketing, business development, brand management, or commercial roles at least 5 years' experience in a senior management or leadership position.
• Experience within the insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries is strongly preferred.
