Job Summary

• We are seeking a research-driven and detail-oriented Grant Manager to identify funding opportunities, develop strong proposals, and manage grant applications supporting vocational education, youth development, workforce transformation, and skills training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify grant opportunities from donors, foundations, NGOs, governments, and corporate partners.
• Develop grant proposals, concept notes, and funding applications.
• Manage grant processes, deadlines, documentation, and submissions.
• Support donor reporting, compliance, and impact reporting.
• Maintain relationships with funding partners and support fundraising strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years’ experience in grant writing, fundraising, proposal development, research, or related roles.
• Strong writing, research, storytelling, and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience in education, nonprofit, social impact, or startup environments is an advantage.

Salary
N250,000 Monthly + Success Fee.
