Job Title: B2B Partnership Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and relationship-driven B2B Partnership Manager to lead partnership development efforts and build strategic relationships with schools, employers, corporations, NGOs, industry associations, development organizations, and government agencies.
  • The successful candidate will play a key role in driving student acquisition, industry collaborations, employment opportunities, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute partnership growth strategies.
  • Identify and engage prospective partners across education, corporate, government, and nonprofit sectors.
  • Build relationships with schools and institutions to drive student enrollment initiatives.
  • Secure internship, apprenticeship, mentorship, and job placement opportunities through employer partnerships.
  • Pursue sponsorship, scholarship, and workforce development opportunities with corporate organizations.
  • Manage partner relationships and ensure successful execution of partnership commitments.
  • Maintain a strong partnership pipeline and provide regular performance reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Education, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, account management, or stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven ability to build and manage strategic partnerships.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience within education, EdTech, consulting, training, or startup environments is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

Salary
N350,000 – N400,000 monthly + Performance Bonus
