They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Technology Lead

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  • We are seeking a Technology Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of a digital product ecosystem.
  • This is a hands-on leadership role focused on digital transformation, product strategy, systems integration, and technology governance rather than traditional IT support or software development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the digital product strategy and technology roadmap.
  • Design business processes and user journeys to deliver seamless digital experiences.
  • Lead solution architecture and systems integration initiatives.
  • Oversee platform implementation, deployment, and launch.
  • Establish data governance, cybersecurity, and technology ownership frameworks.
  • Manage technology vendors and implementation partners.
  • Oversee technology budgeting, governance, and risk management.
  • Translate business operations into an integrated, mobile-first digital platform supporting customer acquisition, learning, certification, workforce management, service delivery, payments, and quality assurance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 7+years of experience in technology, digital product management, or digital transformation.
  • Demonstrated success leading digital platforms from concept through implementation and launch.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, learning management systems (LMS), marketplace, payment, or service management platforms.
  • Strong systems integration and data architecture expertise.
  • Experience selecting and managing technology vendors and implementation partners.
  • Ability to work effectively across executive strategy and technical delivery teams.
  • Experience working in Nigeria or a similar African market.
  • Commercially minded, pragmatic, and delivery-focused.
