Job Title: Head Baker and Production Supervisor
Location: Kubwa, Bwari LGA - Abuja
Job Summary
- We are seeking versatile staff who can support related functions while maintaining high standards of product quality, hygiene and service.
Duties
- Lead bread production and coordinate with pastry staff; plan batches and production timings; maintain recipes, weights and quality; supervise ingredient use, hygiene and production records; train assistants and minimise waste.
Requirements
- At least four years of commercial bread-baking experience, including team supervision.
- Proven competence in mixing, dividing, proofing and commercial oven operation.
- Ability to organise production and deliver consistent results.
General Requirements:
- Applicants must be honest, dependable, safety-conscious and able to work well with others.
- Candidates should be available for scheduled shifts, including weekends where required, and able to commute reliably to Kubwa. State additional skills that would enable you to support related departments.
- Relevant practical competence will receive strong consideration for production roles.
Remuneration
Remuneration will be based on the role, experience and demonstrated competence.
