Job Title: Pastry Chef

Location: Kubwa, Bwari LGA - Abuja

Job Summary

  • We are seeking versatile staff who can support related functions while maintaining high standards of product quality, hygiene and service.

Duties

  • Lead pastry and confectionery production; plan batches and standardise recipes; supervise pastry and cake makers; develop products; control portions, ingredient usage and waste; oversee finishing, packaging, hygiene and order deadlines.

Requirements

  • At least four years of commercial pastry-production experience, including team supervision.
  • Demonstrated skill in pastry doughs, fillings, baking and frying.
  • Cake-production and decorating skills are an advantage.
  • Relevant culinary or catering certification is desirable.

General Requirements:

  • Applicants must be honest, dependable, safety-conscious and able to work well with others.
  • Candidates should be available for scheduled shifts, including weekends where required, and able to commute reliably to Kubwa. State additional skills that would enable you to support related departments.
  • Relevant practical competence will receive strong consideration for production roles.

Remuneration
Remuneration will be based on the role, experience and demonstrated competence.
