Role Summary
- The Head Unit Business Development is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and managing relationships to drive asset growth and expanding the firm’s Fund Under Management (FUM).
- The role requires strategic prospecting, strong relationship management and leadership skills, and a deep understanding of wealth management and investment products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and onboard High Net Worth Individuals and institutional prospects.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow Fund Under Management (FUM).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through personalized financial solutions.
- Fund mobilization
- Present investment opportunities, portfolio strategies, and market insights to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with investment and product teams to tailor offerings to clients.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and track progress using CRM tools.
- Organize client engagement events, investment forums, and networking sessions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies in client acquisition.
- Prepare periodic business development reports and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 8-10 years experience.
