A fast-growing FMCG / manufacturing company based in Sagamu is seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Sagamu, Lagos

Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should:

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
  • Possess relevant professional HR certification, preferably CIPM or equivalent.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, preferably with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
  • Have sound knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and contemporary HR practices.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Be highly organised, discreet, analytical and capable of handling confidential information.
  • Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
  • Must not be more than 45 years of age.
