Job Title: Janitorial Supervisor

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties

• Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff, ensuring daily cleaning schedules, task allocations, attendance, and work coverage are properly managed.
• Inspect assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, common areas, and external spaces, to ensure required cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently maintained.
• Personally assist with cleaning duties when required, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and deep cleaning.
• Ensure proper waste collection, segregation, disposal, and replacement of waste bin liners in accordance with established procedures.
• Monitor the availability and proper use of cleaning materials, toiletries, sanitizers, and other janitorial supplies, and report shortages promptly.
• Ensure cleaning tools and equipment are properly used, cleaned, stored, and maintained after each use.
• Coordinate periodic deep cleaning activities, meeting room setups, furniture rearrangement, and other basic facility support tasks as required.
• Monitor the performance, conduct, grooming, punctuality, and productivity of janitorial staff and report any issues or concerns to the relevant supervisor.
• Identify and promptly report safety hazards, damaged facilities, maintenance issues, or client concerns to the Admin/Facility Officer.
• Maintain cleaning and inspection records, provide regular reports on janitorial activities, and ensure compliance with company, client, health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
