We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Plumbing Technician

Location: Anthony, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Carry out plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Inspect pipes, fittings, taps, valves, sanitary fittings, and related equipment.
  • Identify and troubleshoot leakages, blockages, faulty pipes, and other plumbing issues.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to reduce plumbing failures and service interruptions.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve plumbing faults within agreed timelines.
  • Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify potential plumbing issues.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures.
  • Maintain proper records of completed jobs, repairs, materials used, and outstanding issues.
  • Use tools, equipment, and materials responsibly and ensure they are properly maintained.
  • Liaise with the Facilities/Operations team and report major faults requiring external intervention.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment after completing maintenance activities.

Salary
N200,000 - N239,000 monthly.
