Job Title: Kitchen Assistant I, Nibbles Kitchen

Responsibilities
- Scope: Preparation and cleanliness in the on-demand kitchen.
- Responsibilities: Keep the kitchen prepared, tidy and fast during service.
- Duties: Prep and pre-portion before the rush; help meet the 10 to 15 minute turnaround; record usage and wastage; complete opening and closing checklists; store stock properly.
