Job Title: Kitchen Assistant, Production Kitchen

Responsibilities
- Scope: Support for the production cook with prep, cooking and dispatch.
- Responsibilities: Help produce ready-made local meals to standard, on time.
- Duties: Prep ingredients and support cooking to recipe; portion and pack food for dispatch; count and sign for ingredients received; record usage and wastage; keep the kitchen spotless.
