Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the clinic.
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Monitor staff performance, attendance, punctuality, and productivity.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field with 3 – 5 years’ experience in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
Experience in the beauty, wellness, healthcare, or hospitality
Preferably a female
