We engage in constructingaffordable housing that will meet the needs of a wide range of clients. We are working towards becoming one of the largest affordable housing construction companies in Lagos and Nigeria with an active presence in major cities in Nigeria.

Job Summary

• Roxbury Homes is looking for a proactive, organised, and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate teams, improve operational efficiency, and ensure the smooth running of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the company’s day-to-day operations.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Supervise staff, delegate tasks, and monitor performance.
• Ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor operational expenses and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage teams, and work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business tools.

Salary
N150,000 – N180,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
