Job Title: Retail Store Associate

Job Summary

• Are you passionate about sales, customer service, and helping customers find the right products?
• We are seeking a confident, customer-focused, and results-driven Retail Sales Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
• Promote products and drive sales to achieve assigned targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Arrange, display, and replenish merchandise to maintain an attractive store environment.
• Process customer transactions and ensure accurate sales records.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged products.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.

Requirements

• Minimum of an SSCE qualification; OND or equivalent is an added advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong selling, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
• Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales targets.
• Honest, presentable, proactive, and customer-oriented.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
