We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Ada George - Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate prospective clients for the company’s real estate products and services.
• Market and promote the company’s properties, estates, land, and other real estate investment opportunities.
• Follow up on prospective clients through phone calls, messages, emails, and physical meetings to convert leads into sales.
• Provide clients with accurate information about available properties, prices, payment plans, locations, documentation, and other relevant details.
• Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to the achievement of the company’s revenue objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct property inspections and site visits for prospective clients when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of prospective clients, sales activities, customer interactions, and completed transactions using the company’s approved CRM or reporting system.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the appropriate supervisor or management.
• Follow up on clients’ payments, outstanding balances, and instalment obligations in accordance with the company’s approved payment terms.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
