Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Summary

• We are looking for a proactive Sales Representative to attract new customers, maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and achieve sales targets.
• The role involves promoting the company’s products, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and generate new sales opportunities.
• Promote and sell the company’s products to individuals and businesses.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate within approved terms, and follow up on enquiries.
• Process sales orders accurately and coordinate with the warehouse and delivery teams.
• Meet agreed sales targets.
• Follow up on outstanding payments in line with company policy.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and payments.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitors’ activities.
• Submit regular sales reports to management.

Performance Measures

• Achievement of sales and collection targets.
• Number of new customers acquired.
• Customer retention and repeat purchases.
• Accuracy of orders and sales records.
• Timeliness of customer follow-up and reporting.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree
• Previous experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales reporting tools.
• Honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Experience in building materials or steel products is an advantage if applying within that sector.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
