Description:

  • We are looking for a confident and results driven Sales Representative who understands how to engage customers, follow up on leads and convert enquiries into actual sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries, both on-site and across our social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok)
  • Convert leads into paying customers through effective communication
  • Provide customers with accurate product and pricing information
  • Process customer orders accurately (product selection, sizing, payments, delivery)
  • Follow up with leads to increase sales and customer retention
  • Maintain accurate daily records of sales, orders, payments and customer interactions
  • Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to close sales, not just respond to enquiries
  • Excellent attention to detail, record keeping and organizational abilities
  •  Self motivated, organised and target driven
  • Must be able to work on-site on Lagos Island, Monday–Saturday
