We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Support Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Handling all administrative duties for the sales team
  • Provides necessary data or reports to the sales team
  • Responds to enquires, complaints and resolve issues via phone calls and WhatsApp
  • Receive inbound calls.
  • Keeping track of sales targets.
  • Provides sales data and reports to other departments
  • Compilation, comparation and computation of weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Provide all necessary sales data to management upon request.
  • Comparison of competitors price in preparation of the prevailing SKUs Price list.
  • Comparison of monthly Sales target vs achievement of RSM, Supervisors and IMOs.
  • Preparation of Monthly sales review year till date vs Target on all SKUs Volume and Value wise.
  • Prepares, dispatch and ensures that the Key distributorships agreement between organization and Key distributor is up to date and properly signed.
  • Prepares, documents and dispatch KD self-collection agreement.
  • Prepares and dispatches and documents quarterly Key distributors VIP Scheme loyalty Letter
  • Prepares, dispatch and document Key distributors extra bonus letter
  • Prepares and monitors monthly KD Sales Performance.
  • Preparation and checking of HOS float.
  • Monthly preparation and upload of Sales data (KD, IMO and Van sellout) on Orion
  • Prepares and documents new price list.
  • Preparation and documentation sales team incentive scheme.
  • Preparation and checking of HOS float.
  • Monthly preparation and upload of Sales data (KD, IMO and Van sellout) on Orion
  • Prepares and documents new price list.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Data Entry Skills
  • Excellent customer service knowledge and practices
