We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: AI Content Producer & Video Editor

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Format: Hybrid (1–2 days on-site per week in Computer Village, remaining days remote).

Role Summary

  • We are hiring a creative and technically skilled AI Content Producer & Video Editor to scale our video output across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • In this hybrid role, you will combine advanced AI video generation, prompt engineering, and AI-based video editing with traditional video editing to turn trending ideas into high-retention, publish-ready videos with minimal studio shoot time.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI Content Scouting & Prompt Engineering
  • Identify top-performing AI video trends and recreate high-impact concepts.
  • Write advanced, precise prompts for AI video generation, avatar creation, and voice cloning to ensure ultra-realistic, high-quality results.
  • Place our host’s AI clone into viral scenes, trending tech news, and daily tech tips.
  • Video Editing & Storytelling (Traditional + AI / Remotion)
  • Edit raw studio footage (short-form and long-form) using CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Leverage AI tools and programmatic editing (such as Claude + Remotion or similar tech) where necessary to speed up and elevate our editing workflows.
  • Handle color grading, sound design, hook optimization, captioning, and B-roll integration.
  • Seamlessly blend live-action studio footage with AI-generated scenes, effects, and overlays.

Core Requirements

  • Advanced AI Prompting & Generation: Strong command of prompt engineering for AI tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Runway, Midjourney, D-ID, or similar platforms) to generate ultra-realistic assets.
  • Editing Proficiency: Proven skills in traditional video editors (CapCut / Premiere Pro) alongside an openness to AI-assisted and programmatic video tools.
  • Visual Storytelling & Pacing: A sharp eye for pacing, visual hooks, B-rolls, and high-retention storytelling.
  • Creativity & Ownership: Ability to take a raw AI concept or studio clip and turn it into a polished, publish-ready video independently.

Salary
N200,000 monthly base + performance incentives and open to higher negotiation based on exceptional skill and portfolio.
