Job Title: Automation Engineer
Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Primary Job Responsibilities [In Summary]
Support the entire plant on process automation and minimization of losses from process malfunction.
Extract and analyse automation data and manage software licenses and versions.
Support corrective maintenance in automation and process control via evaluation, troubleshooting and knowledge transfer.
Manage calibration activities, software modifications, backups, parameter registration and version control.
Develop and implement automation maintenance policy and automation contingency plan (obsolence management)
Support the production team in the translation of technical requirements from new product/recipe developments and implementation of these changes via modifications.
Major Requirements
Degree/ HND in Electrical and Electronics, Process Control/ Automation Engineering or other relevant discipline.
Minimum of seven years’ relevant experience on Krones/Injection Molding machines in a manufacturing environment.
Process Automation and Engineering/System Programming Skills.
Salary
N2,000,000 - N30,000,000 gross per annum.
