Job Title: Automation Support Officer

Location: Ada George - Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a Digital Attendant/ Automation Support Officer to support customers using its self-service fueling system and ensure a smooth, safe, and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide customers on how to use the self-service fueling system.
  • Assist customers with payment and fueling processes.
  • Monitor transactions and report failed or delayed transactions.
  • Provide first-level support for minor operational or technical issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant technical team.
  • Ensure proper and safe use of pumps and fueling equipment.
  • Attend to customer questions and concerns professionally.
  • Gather customer feedback and maintain a clean, safe station environment.

Requirements

  • Qualification: NCE or OND holders only.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of mobile payments and digital systems.
  • Customer-focused and friendly personality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.

  • A proactive, reliable, and customer-focused individual who can help customers enjoy a seamless self-service fueling experience.

Salary
N150,000 per month.
