We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Client Manager

Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Monday-Saturday (8 a.m. - 6 p.m)

Job Description

  • Manage B2B client relationships and serve as the primary contact for assigned clients.
  • Oversee client onboarding, service delivery, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and ensure agreed deliverables are met.
  • Identify client needs, manage expectations and provide regular progress reports.

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Proven experience in B2B client management, account management or customer success.
  • Experience managing business clients and professional relationships.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain client satisfaction.

Salary
N200,000 monthly.
