We support businesses with a range of outsourced services, including customer service, lead management, appointment setting, administrative support, sales support, and inbound/outbound business operations. Our approach combines skilled people, structured processes and performance-focused operations to help businesses reduce operational pressure and focus on growth.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Monday-Saturday (8am-6pm)

Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations and coordinate activities across departments.
  • Take ownership of routine operational decisions, workflows and issue resolution.
  • Monitor productivity, performance, deadlines and operational targets.
  • Improve processes, enforce accountability and provide regular management updates.

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Proven experience in operations management, business operations or a comparable leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams, workflows and operational priorities.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of daily operations.

Salary
N400,000 monthly,
