We support businesses with a range of outsourced services, including customer service, lead management, appointment setting, administrative support, sales support, and inbound/outbound business operations. Our approach combines skilled people, structured processes and performance-focused operations to help businesses reduce operational pressure and focus on growth.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Technical Lead & Solutions Architect

Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Monday-Saturday (8am-6pm)

Job Description

  • Design and oversee scalable software architectures and technical solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.
  • Lead engineering teams, review code and establish technical standards.
  • Oversee integrations, system performance, security and technical quality.

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Proven experience in technical leadership, software architecture or solutions architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of software development, system design and integrations.
  • Experience leading technical projects and guiding engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Salary
N390,000 monthly,
