Job Description
- Deliver structured sales training and coach representatives to improve sales performance.
- Assess sales calls, identify performance gaps, and provide actionable feedback.
- Develop or improve sales scripts, training materials, and practical exercises.
- Monitor individual and team performance against established targets.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Proven experience in sales training, sales coaching, or sales performance management.
- Experience coaching outbound sales teams, cold callers or B2B sales representatives is highly desirable.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and performance evaluation skills.
- Ability to measure training effectiveness and improve sales results.
Salary
N200,000 monthly.
