Job Description

  • Manage a portfolio of premium commercial properties, delivering exceptional tenant experience and asset performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage tenant relationships, leasing and renewals
  • Oversee facility management and service providers
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts and asset performance reports.

Requirements

  • Relevant Degree; membership of NIESV or RICS is a plus
  • 6+ years in commercial property or facilities management
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills.
