Job Position: Fleet Operations Manager

Job Description


  • Lead day-to-day fleet operations for key corporate clients, ensuring uptime, safety and service excellence across a nationwide fleet.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee scheduling, maintenance and utilisation of client fleets
  • Drive safety, compliance and driver performance programmes
  • Manage relationships with corporate clients and service partners
  • Report on fleet KPIs and lead continuous-improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Engineering, Logistics or related field
  • 7+ years in fleet, logistics or transport operations
  • Strong analytical and people-leadership skills
  • Knowledge of Nigerian transport regulations.
