The Fashion Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the fashion retail section of Addas Superstore, ensuring effective sales management, excellent customer service, proper inventory control, and an attractive product display.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, supervising staff, and ensuring the smooth and profitable operation of the fashion space.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the fashion section, ensuring efficient service delivery and achievement of sales targets.
Supervise, coordinate, and motivate sales associates to deliver excellent customer service and meet performance expectations.
Monitor sales performance, identify business opportunities, and implement strategies to increase revenue.
Ensure proper stock management, accurate inventory records, and timely replenishment of merchandise.
Maintain attractive product displays, proper arrangement of clothing and fabrics, and an organized shopping environment.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.
Monitor fashion trends, customer preferences, and market developments to guide product selection and sales strategies.
Prepare regular sales and operational reports for management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in fashion retail, store management, or a related role.
Demonstrated ability to supervise a team and drive sales performance.
Good knowledge of fashion products, fabrics, merchandising, and retail operations.
Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail sales or inventory management systems.
Experience in fabric sales and fashion merchandising will be an advantage.
