We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Marketer (Real Estate)

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Part-time (Hybrid)

Job Summary

• The Field Marketer is responsible for generating leads, promoting the company’s real estate properties, engaging prospective clients, coordinating inspections, and supporting sales conversion to achieve assigned targets.
• The role is primarily remote and field-based, with a mandatory weekly office visit for reporting, meetings, and performance review.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through referrals, social media, networking, and field prospecting.
• Promote the company’s properties.
• Follow up with prospective clients and build relationships to drive sales.
• Coordinate property inspections and support the conversion of leads into paying clients.
• Monitor market trends and provide regular reports on leads, client feedback, and marketing activities.
• Meet assigned sales and lead-generation targets.

Work Arrangement:

• Remote and field-based, with one mandatory office visit per week for reporting and other assigned activities.

Benefits

• Monthly Salary: N50,000
• Commission Structure: 5% commission.
