Job Summary

• My client is seeking proactive and results-driven Field Marketers to generate leads, identify prospective customers and drive sales growth.
• The successful candidates will leverage both field-based and online marketing strategies to attract customers, build relationships and convert prospects into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through field visits, networking and online marketing channels.
• Prospect for potential customers, including individuals, contractors, developers and other relevant buyers.
• Promote the company’s sanitary ware products and communicate their features and benefits to prospective customers.
• Follow up on leads and nurture customer relationships to drive conversions.
• Meet the monthly sales target of N2,000,000.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
• Provide regular updates on lead generation activities, customer engagement and sales performance.

Requirements

• Experience in field marketing, sales, lead generation or a related role is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify prospects and convert leads into sales.
• Comfortable using online platforms and conducting physical field marketing activities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good relationship-building and customer service skills.

Ideal Candidate:

• A proactive and commercially minded individual who can independently generate leads, engage prospective customers through online and offline channels and consistently work towards achieving sales targets.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly compensation budget of up to N200,000, subject to experience and suitability.
• Flexible work arrangement combining remote flexibility with field activities.
• Three-month probationary period.
• Performance expectations tied to a monthly sales target of N2,000,000.
