Job Title: Finance Officer 

Location: Lagos

Job description

• Manage daily financial operations.
• Prepare and monitor budgets.
• Track revenue and expenses.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable.
• Reconcile platform transactions.
• Monitor advertiser campaign payments.
• Monitor creator payouts and payment schedules.
• Manage escrow-related financial records in coordination with the relevant payment/technology partners.
• Prepare monthly management accounts.
• Monitor cash flow.
• Prepare financial forecasts.
• Maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage invoices and receipts.
• Coordinate tax and statutory obligations with external advisers where applicable.
• Monitor commissions, platform fees and subscription revenue.
• Identify financial irregularities and escalate them.
• Provide financial reports to the CEO.
