 Job Position: Product Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Own the product roadmap.
• Translate business objectives and user needs into product requirements.
• Work closely with developers / designers to develop and improve platform features.
• Monitor product performance and user behaviour.
• Identify friction points in the user journey.
• Improve creator onboarding and advertiser onboarding.
• Manage campaign creation and application flows.
• Improve subscription and monetisation features.
• Develop and manage premium features and subscription offerings.
• Monitor platform bugs and prioritise product fixes.
• Conduct user research and collect feedback.
• Work with the CEO to determine product priorities.
• Coordinate product launches and feature rollouts.
• Develop product documentation and internal guides.
• Monitor competing creator marketplaces and identify relevant product opportunities.
• Ensure the platform remains scalable as users.
