Job Title: Front Build Manager

Job Overview

  • The Front Build Manager oversees the setup, execution, and performance tracking of retail store fronts and deployment sites within assigned territories.
  • This role bridges field execution with internal data tracking, ensuring brand standards and post-deployment retail performance targets are met.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor retail site setup, execution, and quality within the assigned territory.
  • Track post-deployment performance, identify issues, and follow up until closure.
  • Use internal systems and Excel for data tracking, reporting, and online reviews.
  • Communicate with territory teams to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

  • Fast learner and able to quickly master system operations.
  • Good communication skills, clear thinking, strong responsibility, and positive attitude.
  • Proficient in Excel with basic data analysis and review skills.
  • Experience in similar roles or the smartphone industry.
  • Experience with other smartphone brands is preferred.
  • Chinese language ability is a plus.
