Job Summary

• As the Head of Marketing & Corporate Communications, you will lead the organisation’s marketing, branding, and communications strategy to strengthen brand visibility, enhance stakeholder engagement, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing, branding, and corporate communications strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead brand positioning, digital marketing, public relations, media engagement, and corporate communications across all platforms.
• Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, events, thought leadership content, and other initiatives to improve brand awareness and market visibility.
• Collaborate with senior management and business teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial goals and manage external agencies and vendors.
• Monitor campaign performance, market trends, competitor activities, and marketing KPIs while leading and developing the marketing and communications team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years’ progressive experience in marketing, brand management, or corporate communications, including leadership experience.
• Experience in financial services, asset management, investment management, or fintech is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of brand strategy, digital marketing, public relations, content development, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and project management skills, with strong commercial awareness.
