Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Lekki, Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Business Partner to oversee end-to-end HR operations for an assigned subsidiary, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Group HR policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Coordinate performance management, employee engagement, and learning and development.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance management.
  • Manage payroll, HR administration, employee records, and HRMS.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
  • Prepare HR reports, monitor KPIs, and support workforce planning.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND or Bachelor's Degree with 5 years relevant experience.
  • Strong HR generalist experience, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, sound knowledge of HR operations, and the ability to work independently.

Salary
N400,000 Net monthly.
