Aside from travel management, BVT is an expert in travel documentation for immigration, education, medical tourism, personal tourism, and luxury tourism.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 Job Position: Human Resources Officer / HR Business Partner

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening. interviews, and onboarding.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee relations and address workplace concerns professionally and confidentially.
• Coordinate performance management, employee appraisals, and confirmation processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support payroll administration, employee benefits, and welfare initiatives.
• Identify training and development needs and support employee growth.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and HR best practices.
• Support employee engagement, retention, and organisational culture initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management on workforce-related matters.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Professional certification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) is required.
• Additional relevant HR certifications or professional qualifications will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
