Job Summary
The Media & Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the company’s media, public relations, and communication strategies.
The successful candidate will manage the company’s brand image, oversee media activities, create engaging content, and ensure consistent communication across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement media and communication strategies.
Manage the company’s public image, reputation, and brand identity.
Oversee content creation for social media, websites, newsletters, and other communication channels.
Build and maintain relationships with media houses, influencers, partners, and stakeholders.
Coordinate press releases, media interviews, public announcements, and corporate events.
Supervise the company’s social media and digital communication activities.
Monitor media coverage and report on brand visibility and engagement.
Ensure all published content aligns with the company’s values and objectives.
Prepare communication reports and evaluate campaign performance.
Manage communication during sensitive situations and protect the company’s reputation.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Brand awareness and visibility.
Media coverage and positive brand mentions.
Engagement across communication platforms.
Quality and consistency of published content.
Successful execution of media campaigns.
Timeliness and accuracy of corporate communications.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong content development, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of media relations, digital marketing, and public relations.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
