Job Summary

• As the Operations Manager, you will support the COO in driving manufacturing operations, plant readiness, project execution, and the transition from project phase to full-scale operations.
• You will coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, OEMs, and suppliers to ensure operational efficiency and timely delivery of key business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing and plant readiness by coordinating operational systems, SOPs, production processes, HSE, quality, and staffing requirements.
• Track engineering, procurement, equipment installation, contractor activities, and project milestones to ensure timely execution and operational transition.
• Monitor key operational KPIs including production output, yield, downtime, efficiency, and capacity utilization, escalating performance gaps where necessary.
• Coordinate OEMs, contractors, consultants, suppliers, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure timely availability of equipment, materials, consumables, and critical spares.
• Maintain operational and project trackers, providing regular reports on milestones, risks, delays, outstanding actions, and required interventions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing Operations, Plant Operations, Engineering/Project Execution, or Industrial Operations.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and plant operations, project execution, process/SOP development, and operational performance management.
• Proven experience managing OEMs, contractors, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders within an industrial environment.
• Strong execution, coordination, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work under demanding project timelines.

Salary
N800,000 – N1,000,000 Monthly.
