Job Title: Product and Technology Lead

Role Summary

• Build and scale the core technology layer powering mobility, EV charging infrastructure, fleet management, and asset financing operations.

About the Role

• As the strategic product and technology leader, you will own the overarching strategy and execution across mobility operations, EV charging, fleet intelligence, payments, collections, and digital ecosystem products
• You will bridge commercial vision with technical delivery, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure platform growth.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap:

• Define and execute the multi-year product and technology roadmap aligned with overall business objectives.
• Translate strategic business needs into high-impact, scalable digital products and features.
• Exercise sharp product judgment to evaluate trade-offs regarding build vs. buy, partner integration, or vendor outsourcing.

Platform Architecture & Engineering:

• Oversee enterprise architecture, cloud infrastructure, API strategies, data management, and cybersecurity.
• Architect and build resilient platforms supporting fleet management, charging networks, payment processing, collections, and automated reporting.
• Direct system integrations with external partners, including commercial banks, payment service providers (PSPs), and public/private transport networks.

Leadership & Operational Excellence:

• Lead, mentor, and scale cross-functional teams of product managers, software engineers, and technology vendors.
• Establish rigorous engineering discipline around agile development, code quality, testing automation, technical documentation, and release management.
• Ensure platform stability, high availability, regulatory compliance, and strict data security.

Commercial & IP Governance:

• Provide strategic technical inputs and architectural guidance for business proposals, bids, and enterprise partnerships.
• Ensure group ownership and tight governance over core intellectual property, source code, data assets, and proprietary platforms.
• Manage third-party technology vendors against clear performance outcomes, SLAs, and deliverables.

• Asset Security: Critical IP, source code, and customer data are fully secured and controlled by the organization.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience: 7 - 13 years of progressive leadership experience in product development, software engineering, or digital platform management.
• Track Record: Proven ability to build, launch, and scale consumer- or enterprise-facing digital products with active, real-world adoption.
• Technical Mastery: Strong expertise in cloud-native architectures, API ecosystems, modern data stacks, and enterprise cybersecurity best practices.
• Ecosystem Integration: Extensive experience managing complex third-party system integrations (fintech/banking, IoT/telematics, or EV charging infrastructure) and managing external vendor contracts.
• Business Acumen: Highly commercial mindset with clear communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and external partners.
