Job Summary

• We are looking for a talented Product Designer with 3+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products.
• You will design intuitive, visually polished mobile and web apps, as well as engaging websites with thoughtful interactions and animations.
• You should be proficient in Figma, experienced with design systems, and able to take ideas from concept to production while balancing strong product thinking with exceptional visual craft.

What You Will Do

• Design intuitive, user-centered experiences for mobile apps, web applications, and responsive websites, from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to take designs from discovery and ideation through implementation and release.
• Develop polished, modern interfaces with strong typography, layout, spacing, colour, and visual hierarchy.
• Create meaningful micro-interactions, transitions, motion effects, and engaging web experiences that improve usability and bring interfaces to life.
• Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows, validate concepts, and communicate design decisions effectively using Figma.
• Deliver clear, implementation-ready designs, work closely with developers, and ensure the final product matches the intended experience.
• Evaluate user feedback, product performance, and usability issues to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Pay close attention to detail and ensure consistency, accessibility, responsiveness, and usability across devices and screen sizes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional product design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating products that have shipped.
• Proven experience designing both mobile and web applications, as well as responsive marketing or product websites.
• Strong UI and UX fundamentals, including user flows, information architecture, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including auto layout, components, variants, variables, interactive prototyping, and shared libraries.
• Experience creating, maintaining, or contributing to scalable design systems.
• Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional team members.
• Ability to explain design decisions, receive feedback constructively, and iterate quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance visual quality, usability, business goals, and technical constraints.
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual craft, product thinking, interaction design, and real-world execution.
