Job Title: Sales & Marketing Team Lead

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • Our client is seeking a diligent, honest, entrepreneurial and high-performing individual as Sales & Marketing Team Lead.

Primary Job Responsibilities (in Summary)

  • Identify new customers, generate quality leads, and build strong business relationships with hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, event planners, and other strategic partners.
  • Promote company products, effectively negotiate sales agreements, and consistently achieve assigned revenue and growth targets.
  • Execute social media marketing initiatives and drive digital sales strategies.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports, maintain accurate customer databases, and diligently follow up on prospective clients.
  • Travel for client visits and field-based business development activities as required.

Major Requirements

  • Minimum of HND or B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Reward System
Salary: N150,000 - N250,000 monthly (negotiable).
